Getting started

Welcome to the Scanguard Billing Help Centre. Here you'll find helpful articles to manage your subscription, update payment methods, view invoices, and understand your renewal settings.

You can manage your services at any time via your online portal, including updating payment details or checking your next billing date.

As part of our ongoing protection service, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled. For annual plans, you'll receive a reminder email up to 30 days ahead of the renewal date.

NOTE: If you're a California resident, you'll receive a renewal reminder notice every 12 months, regardless of your subscription length.
