Supported Operating Systems:

• Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 (Service Pack 1)

• Microsoft Windows 10 [v1809 and below]

Processor:

• Intel Pentium 4 / AMD Athlon 64 Processor or higher.

• Not supported for ARM-based Windows devices due to legacy architecture.

• Supports both 32bit & 64bit systems.

Memory:

• 2GB of RAM or higher.

Disk Space:

• 2GB of free disk space or higher.

Additional space for temporary and quarantine files needed.

Additional Requirements:

• To install Scanguard, administrator rights are required, as well as an internet connection.

• Automatic updates require an internet connection and are required for optimal virus detection.

• Rosetta 2 is no longer required as Scanguard now is built for both Intel and Apple Silicon Processors. Rosetta 2 is also no longer being supported by Apple, and will be dropped within the next update after Golden Gate 27.
