Where Are My Paid Features?
You may have downloaded the free version of Scanguard even though you have a paid subscription. As it is the free version of Scanguard you will not have access to your premium features. If you have a paid account, to access your premium features, you simply have to log in.
Open Scanguard
Click Logout
Enter Login Details
Open Scanguard
Tap on the Scanguard icon, to open the application.
Settings
Tap on the Settings icon in the bottom right corner of the application.
My Account
In Settings, tap on My Account to view the account information.
Login
Tap on Login in My Account settings.
Enter Credentials
Enter your paid account credentials and tap Login.
My Account - Paid
Once you are logged into your paid account, tap on the back arrow in the top left corner.
You're Protected
Setup Scanguard and enjoy being protected on your Android device.
Open Scanguard
Tap on the Scanguard icon, to open the application.
Settings
Tap on the Settings icon in the bottom right corner of the application.
My Account
In Settings, tap on My Account to view the account information.
Logout
Tap on Logout in My Account settings.
Confirm
Tap on Confirm.
Login
Enter you paid account credentials and tap Login.
You're Protected
Setup Scanguard and enjoy being protected on your iOS device.
You should now have access to all the features within your paid account.
